SHEET PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

Prior to the sheet manufacturing,the sheets are formed in computer environment via 2D and 3D graphics software (Solidworks and Metalix). The formed sheets are proscessed on state-of-the-art technology ONO machines and the pre-paint preparations are done.

PAINT SHOP

The sheets which are formed on ONO machines are transferred to the paint shop . They are put through degreasing and phosphatizing procedures which are the pre-paint surface cleaning processes and transfered to the paint booth for the painting process. They are painted with electrostatic powder paint based on the RAL code in the paint booth and transferred to the furnace for the klin-drying process. 

POLYURETHANE CAST LIQUID SEAL

Polyurethane cast liquid seal process,which is used on the covers of painted products and provides tightness (IP Protection Rating),is conducted with ONO bot.
